John,
I was about to write that the technical manual series is/was probably TM
11-6130-205-nn. And from the sequence number (205) dates from around 1960.
Could be earlier if the long number was a conversion, but from your and the
other descriptions of the external appearance and the contents probably not.
Unfortunately, I don't have any manuals with that sequence number and LOGSA
has nothing below 218. So I can't say what power supply it was.
