[Milsurplus] Wayne

I agree.  When this was all happening I was just a kid who was really interested 
in electronics.  I knew then even as a kid that a bunch of what was written was 
fiction but it was very entertaining and fun and had me coming back 
consistently.  If Wayne got into believing some of that, well, it just made him 
an interesting character.  Without such people the world would be an awfully 
boring place.  So yeah, what he (and Tom) wrote and did helped cement my 
interest in electronics.
