It was always such a long wait for the latest issue of 73 to arrive.
Wayne's editorials never failed to amuse. Pearls of wisdom in
every NSD. UFO's and drinking silver water had me rolling in laughter.
I woulda loved to have a UFO to run through the traps at the local
drag strip, 0 to 186,000 MPH in .000000000000000001 seconds.
But the fly talking story is still my favorite. Then again Poly Packs
was my #1 supplier of TO 3 all metal cased transistors to use as
rockets propelled to the ceiling with a Lafayette pocket torch.

I was so depressed last night thinking about the economy, wars, 
jobs, my savings, Social Security, retirement funds, etc., I called 
the Suicide Hotline. I got a call center in Pakistan, and when I 
told them I was suicidal, they got all excited, and asked if I 
could drive a truck.
