[Milsurplus] TV-7 Issues

I would like to correspond off-list with a TV-7 maven.

 

Specifically, does anybody know why the R129 - R130 network was designed so
that the screen voltage goes up whenever the control grid voltage goes down
(becomes less negative) rather than making one independent of the other?
