[Milsurplus] 100uA meter question -

Evening there Group
I have 4 100uA meters.  I have measured 4 meters using a High impedance 
digital multi meter
Results are:
1. Honeywell HS1 .0002 FS=100uA 940 Ohms
2. Honeywell HS1 .0002 FS=100uA 960 Ohms
3. DeJUR Model 131 59.7148 FS=100uA 1230 Ohms
4. DeJUR Model 131 59.7148 FS=100uA 4440 Ohms

Now my guess was that they would measure ~1K.
I looks like #4 is a bad meter?

They are all "sealed" meters, I may have to crack open #4 for inspection.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
