[Milsurplus] equipment for sale

The yellow sheets were a wonderful thing, back before the internet was widely available or know you had the classified ads in the back of QST, a handful of surplus companies like Fair Radio and the Ham Trader Yellow Sheets that were printed on about five or six sheets of yellow paper. Don't remember how often they came out but think it was around once a month and cost maybe $3 for the subscription and $5 or so to place a add. Back in the late seventies I use to always look forward to their arrival but don't think I renewed the subscription in the eighties so do not know how long they were in operation. Best thing was not what was listed for sale but you were able to place ads for items that were wanted.

I never saw the yellow sheets.

What was in it?

I might be interested in starting something to go along with my Keep America At Work site.
