I haven't been doing much on eBay, either. That doesn't mean  *never*.
Most of the sellers there will take other means. Some won't. Some  of the
gear for sale that gets listed in the radio mail lists is also  "paypal
only". I asked a couple of them about that and they gave me  nonsense,
incoherent answers. So they just lose a potential  sale.

Stuff like this and John's original post about the local auction  of gear
he would like to bid on are disappointing. Nothing that we can do  about
it though except move on.
