Original hard copies show up on Ebay but are not cheap.

However- take heart, because the famous (and sometimes "infamous")
three "Green Books" are available for free .PDF download:

While an outstanding and invaluable reference and worth
the long hours to read it, be aware that the authors
made some errors concerning the aircraft radio subjects
(... I'd have to go back and look. Don't remember).

Also- alas, like most every comtemporary commentator
on communications during WWII, the authors were smitten
with a fawning love of Radar, going on and on about it
while giving much less attention to developments in radio equipment.
It's much like the man who neglects attention to his familiar lady,
having been stricken by a new and pretty young "honey"
who's come to town.
While a frying pan can cure the negligent man,
we have no such remedy for a Radar-smitten author.
