[Milsurplus] More Merrill speculation

In the pack set configuration (with Guys GY-11 and GY-12), the rod or whip 
antenna used with the BC-654 is about 24' tall (MS-56 through MS-49, one of 
each).  The antenna insulator in the photo appears to be the IN-106-A (small 
head).
