It would be a very poor choice for cleaning electrical contacts. It is mainly stoddard solvent(naptha)with addtional oil prducts including fish oil suspended in soulution. The organic oils will oxidise over time leaving a gummy film. Not a good product overall other than for its orginal use as a water dispersant. Good marketing made it a household item.
