Years ago, Elsie's Lunch at the corner of Mt. Auburn and Mt. Holyoak
streets, just off Harvaqrd square in Cambridge, MA used to sell a giant
sandwich of roast beef, ham, pastrami, and cheese on rye, with a side of
potato salad. It cost around $3.00
It was called "The Fresser's Dream"
