Oh My Gosh!

Don't inflict them on the Navy! I have suggested taking out people like
that and then burying them face down on top of the back end of a pig
carcass. Then PITA got all over me for animal cruelty!

Just make them repair all the damage - and pay for all the materials out
of their own pockets. That approach has worked well in the past.
