[Milsurplus] N-1 Carbon Mic Element and T-17s

T-17's, as with TS-9, -11, -13, -15 handsets. are all interchangable as 
complete assemblies.  But except for the PTT switch actuator, which has its own 
nomenclature, internal parts are generally interchangable only if made by 
the same contractor.
