Jeff - what a unique  item!  yes... I  can see this   being  handy  as long 
as  you slow   way   down  when tapping...
 
One of my favorite things at Harbor Freight are the small  flat  dollies.  
you can stack  many heavy things on them and roll them  though the closest 
of  work areas due to the small foot print.. I wait  until they go on sale  
for $7.95  cheap enough you can just LEAVE  stacks of stuff on them!

Drill/Tap/Deburr Bit Set, they come in  Standard and Metric. As stated it
will allow one to drill, Tap and Deburr  all in one step. I purchased the
standard set and I plan to try them out  over the Holiday. Has anyone
tried these ?. I will send out a report on how  well they work later.
