Hi Chuck,

Most places put the FedEx and UPS shipping rates up front and in some 
obscure corner they mention that USPS delivery is avialable, too (or 
they completely ignore that fact). That is the solution to your shipping 
problem. I know that Mouser will do that for you and several others will 
too. If they won't then vote with your wallet and shop someplace where 
they *will*. It's not always (in my case never) necessary to have 
instant delivery. The postal service usually gets things to me in about 
3 days on average and sometimes they beat the FedEx guy. The worst 
delivery took five days. That's not really an eternity.
