[Milsurplus] Resistors

I am looking for a place to purchase a some of 2w  resistors.  Does any one know where they can be purchased with out haveing to get a second morgage on the house??

I can find them for .85 cents ea but with a $12-20 dollar "shipping/handling" charge attached...................................worst was Surplus Sales of Neb. at 
$8.50 ea ! ! ! !  And then shipping............................................:-((
