Yes. I think so.

It's not far rwally. Perhaps 50 miles. Quebec turned into a pit in the
1970s. It mostly still is. Even many Canadians moved to Toronto from
Montreal.

The big reasons I left Montreal to go to Boston was the political and
surplus situations.
