All (most) questions are valid, but how about this one:

Why don't we see more ARBs with this large mica condenser attached?

After all, MOST ARBs were not used in PBYs and PBMs. Most, i think,

were exactly in the config Mike Hanz has described from the ARC-5 

manual. Should not we be seeing more of these things, minus the

antenna post, or - alternative - maybe most used the little adapter

board Mike described? Just wondering out loud.
