Someone with a working ARB and Command Sets type receiver could do

this. I "could" do it, but with current priorities, i could get around to it

in about, say, five years.

Parallel the receiver antenna connections, note signal strength as their

tuned frequencies align.
I think Mike is along the right interpretation, but i have my doubts, still,

about how strong the effect is.

However, as i'm reminded by something in the book "Flyboys", when 

you're lost on a longrange patrol in a storm, your life might depend on
