[Milsurplus] PP-109 Dead Vibrators

I got the idea from Tom Horsfall some 30+ years ago who if I recall 
correctly got it out of a vintage car restoration newsletter.  Of course, the 
vintage car people only had to deal with 6 volt vibrators, mostly with 4-pin 
bases, and didn't have to deal with shunt fed vibrators.  :-)
