[Milsurplus] Copper oxide rectifiers

Based on a lot of around 40 I-135-E that I had, I'd put the odds at about 
70/30 for still working.  If they don't work, you can replace them with 
1N914's and a cal resistor.  You'll have to determine the resistor vallue 
experimentally.
