Or, perhaps more important, do you read and write Polish?

I'm doing some work on my OP-3 receiver in preparation for WWII Weekend

My radio has the Polish inscriptions on the tuning and volume knobs, but 
I'm missing the instruction placard.  If some one can type this out in 
Polish, I can make a reproduction placard without a lot of drama.  See:
