[Milsurplus] Treas Island Naval Radio Call letters??

Trivia, but my recollections of TI is from about 1951.
I was USAF, and returning from four years in Japan
and thereabouts by ship.  They unloaded us at the
military wharf at SF, then ferried us to TI to wait for
transportation to our new location in the States.
I was an NCO, and could get into town, but everybody
else were kept busy cutting grass.
TI ain't all that big.
