[Milsurplus] Audio Output Tranny- Mystery Failure Mode

Yes, dollars to donuts it's  a shorted turn in the output transformer.  Once 
I had a Navy receiver with plenty of audio at the output stage grid, little 
at the plate, and no output.  I replaced the transformer (with a heater 
transformer)  and it worked fine.
