[Milsurplus] NEED STAVOR V-7 HEAT SINK

Long shot...  Does anyone out there have a Stavor V-7 heat sink...either NOS
or used available that I could get.

 

It is a butterfly winged 16 pin dual-in-line heat sink that mounts on top of
the package like a saddle and has tabs that go over the edge and down to the
three middle leads on each side - where you  solder them to the three ground
& Leadframe pins on either side of a power version of a 16 pin dual-in-line.

 

I need this sink or a good equivalent for a vintage (OK - 80s) repair job.
