It was a unique experience, to be sure. I enjoyed the end-of-mail jokes,
sometimes off-color and almost always politically incorrect (meaning
actually FUNNY). Santa's replies to kid's letters was one of my favorites.

Learned a lot from that group and met some very interesting folks. Not
unlike here, just a different approach.

Of the many adjectives you could use to describe Dennis, 'shy and retiring'
were not two of them.
