[Milsurplus] [ARC5] UTTERLY OT: Delete Now!

On 9/11 many small stores opened completely up, letting people use their 
bathroom (normally, fuggetaboutit) and just hanging around to talk, give out 
bottles of water and free snacks, to those who were walking from downtown.  I 
walked through Central Park with a street gang (!) and one of them told me 
"every day we fight other gangs, but how do you fight someone who wants to 
die?"  People can pull together in times of crisis.  The same kind of resolve I 
heard in NYC back them I saw in the news reports of people saying they were 
"definitely" coming back next year.
