I have had some explosive reactions from people when a simple "no" will
do. Especially bad are the guys who won't even give you a clue how much
they think their personal treasure is worth and still get angry.
However, my skin is thicker than theirs. I also don't like the guys who
are out wandering around and we have to wait to hear their
tirade...meanwhile we are missing some other deal we could have made. If
somebody doesn't want to sell it enough to stay there and talk about it
then I'm gone.

There... the steam pressure has been reduced (evil grin).
