[Milsurplus] baking transformers, mag mount engine block heater is useful

It's hard to tell if it works. It's like trying to prove a negative. If an old transformer doesn't go up in smoke, can you really attribute it to the bake?

Anyhow, I have found the following item to be useful for targeted baking: a magnet mount engine block heater. Zerostart makes a nice one (200 watts) that has a thermostat.
