This is a problem with getting older... I still have those prices stuck in my head. There is a street in Memphis, Union Ave, that was lined for a solid block with electronics stores such as Columbia, with equipment literally stacked to the ceiling. We had one of 7 military depots in the U.S. ( several hundred acres ) that would auction off old equipment.  When I see prices on equipment today, I have to take extra blood pressure meds !
