[Milsurplus] [Boatanchors] Bird Watt Meter

With a 100 uA meter, that sounds like a TV transmitter dummy load.
What is the connector for the load?
The TV elements look like 43 elements and fit into a 43 meter, but, 
the coupling is different and the range indicated on the element is 
not at all accurate in a 43.
