Solid state or dynamotors in the transmitter make a big difference in startup current for the transmitter, may add or detract from the price. Also a T-195 that will not auto tune is not easy to fix. Being that the T-195 won't run outside its case they are often difficult to work on or align.

A good 392 is about $500; a good t-195 is about $500; the mounting base is between $100 and $300. If everything is clean, I think that a fare price would be between $800 and $1300... more or less; at least, I would not sell mine for less than $1300. Mine is in perfect working conditions.
