[Milsurplus] WTB: Ground Surveillance Radar

Be careful with the PPS-5. It's portable, but quite powerful at close range.

Also, some of the information is still classified I think because the
thing was refurbed and upgraded to the -B for Desert Storm. I tried to get
the -35 manual with a FOIA, unsuccessfully.
