[Milsurplus] WTB: Ground Surveillance Radar

Hi guys. Looking for a working radar system like AN/PPS-5 or -15 etc.  Ultimately something that rotates which will make it a more interesting display.  There is a PPS-15 on ebay right now in Canada, but seller refuses to ship to US.

Open to other systems. Looking for a complete system including any audio and visual display indicators.  What have you? Pls. Contact me directly, off list. Thanks!
