[Milsurplus] Attaching cable to MS connectors

I'm about 95% sure that it is for the ARB.  The mounting arrangement (four 
captive screws on outriggers) and the terminal board matches the outline 
drawing and the rather unusual 260VDC output voltage rating matches a chart in 
the manual.  The only photograph in the manual that shows the dynamotor 
isn't much help but what is visible looks like the unit on eBay aside from 
contractor.  But the manual does say that the dynamotors were made by several 
different ones.
