[Milsurplus] 14 volt C 47s? 14 volt RCAF fighters?

What voltage did the RAF use a standard for aircraft electrical systems 
during WWII? Referring to front line combat aircraft, such as Spitfires
Hurricanes, Lancasters etc.

Also,in a similar vein, what voltage source did the Germans use in their 
combat aircraft?
