Seeking Mil surplus manual help.  I went to LOGSA site

Looking for AN/USM-441 manual made by Ballantine, model  6130A civi 
model number.  Do not know the TM number.
Any one get this off the LOGSA site?  I made an attempt dont have enough 
privileges to to go deeper in the site.

Would like a good quality PDF file if possible of the service and Ops 
manuals
