[Milsurplus] Specs and source for part?

In repairing a piece of bench test equipment I've
found a bad component. It is a filter from one
side of the AC power input to ground.

It is an Erie 1202-051.  It looks like a
feedthrough capacitor, but the parts lists
labels it as a filter.

First, anyone have any specs on it? Google just
turned up a few places to request a quote from.

Second, anyone have a source for a couple of these?

I have some 1000pf/600V feedthrough caps in the same
case style, but I'm leery about using them from the
AC line to ground. In the short term, I may just
wire in a line rated bypass cap to ground, knowing
that the filtering will not be as good.
