[Milsurplus] [ARC5] OT: UPS Ground Insanity

It was my friend's fault.  He shipped me a IC-751 via UPS.
He packed it into a nice cardboard box, and placed pieces
of cardboard around all sides.  Including the front where the
main dial knob is.
You guessed it.  UPS whacked the box, (they do a lot of that),
and the dial got pushed into the radio.  Way in.
UPS declined to pay, said was the packers fault.
I use USPS or FedEx.
