Interdiction just does not work.
Some years ago, at a house or senate hearing on homeland security, it was
asserted that nobody could sneak a nuke into the US.
A congressman said all they have to do is hide it in a bale of weed. End
of discussion.
If you seriously think interdiction is effective as more than a
conciousness raising measure, you are delusional. It didn't stop booze and
hasn't stoppy any other kind of crap, from drugs to knockoff handebags.
