[Milsurplus] Oxford-Tartak NAE3 Radio Group

I've posted pictures of a U.S. Navy model N3B receiver manufactured by 
Oxford-Tartak. The receiver appears to be a part of the NAE3 radio 
group according to the data plate.

Does anyone have information on this system or components?
