[Milsurplus] We Are Moving!!!!

If I don't make any sudden moves, but move slowly, they will come
within 4 feet,
sometimes less.

They make a coo-coo-coo sound or a whirrr sound, check out their sounds on
this site.

http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/greater_roadrunner/sounds

Only in the cartoons and commercials do they go meep-meep !!

There are also lots of Turkey Buzzards, a face only a mother could love, but
beautiful undersides of their wings. There is also a Great Horned Owl living
around here. I saw his shadow in the moonlight one night, not a sound, just
a shadow. Scared the heck out of the Cat.

And the Harris Hawks, big birds that love Rabbits, otherwise we would be
over-run with them.

You do NOT let your Cat or small Dog run loose out here. They are way
down the food chain and are considered snacks by the Hawks and Coyotes.
