They are wild, but being curious and very fast, they have no fear. I
talk to them
(and no, they do not answer), but you see their heads tilt back and
forth trying
to figure out whats going on.
I did see a Gila Monster a few weeks ago, but they are harmless as long as you
don't poke them or try to pick them up.
One of my neighbors catches Rattlesnakes to milk them for their Venom. He makes
a good buck doing that. And, yes, he has been bit, several times.
You want Gecko's, they are all over the place. Pity the poor one that
gets into the
house. The Cat thinks they are neat snacks !!
Sure beats living in Lexington. (did I mention my Property Tax is 1/3
the rate !!).
