[Milsurplus] Canvas cover CWP 10020A ???

Hello to the group

 Can anyone help ID what this cover goes to. The bag size is 10" x 18" x 24" with two zippers on the top. Looks almost similar to the bag/cover for the EF-8 gen set for the TBX but it is not. I have very limited info on Navy canvas , hopefully someone out there can help.
