and milsurplus lists.
Guys, please.  Get a good free trial Malware program like

and a good free antivirus like Avast:

Update your Windows system if you use one:
http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/

Install them.  Scan.  Keep up to date.
You'll be glad you did.
