Major thanks, Dave, for the handy lists!
I have some RUGF connectors, unused, but not neatly sorted out.
Some are scarcer than others, as you know.
If you need certain ones, you might send me a list. And exercise
great patience. I have other much more pressing concerns right
now, or should I say, as usual, but as time allows, I can look for
ones. This may drag out to maybe Feb. 2013. But I am offering 
this. Price, non-ripoff, TBD. I may also have some 'extension
control boxes' left after I assemble some 6 receivers and 3
transmitters I have, into sellable packages. 
The ART-13 meter I mentioned in recent post, this is available
too.
