[Milsurplus] Engraved plastic ART 13 meter panel

That kind of work is easy if you have a Greene pantograph engraving
machine. These days they can probably be had pretty cheaply. I paid about
$125 fifteen or 20 years ago.

The setup takes some time, but actual production is fast. The stock is not
as available as it used to be, but you can still get it.
