[Milsurplus] CW Practice Set

The Japanese disc-player practice set is the same model
shown on the armyradios site. Unfortunately, the one disc
is frozen to the shaft, and I gave up trying to free it. I had
thought I could fabricate some other discs. I once 
transcribed the characters sent, and yes, there were the
special Japanese code characters. But no message, 
nothing like "landing at Ballale at 07:30 sharp for 
inspection"; just random letters.  -Hue
