[Milsurplus] [ARC5] ARB Modifications

While I would be very thankful for the honor, in all honesty Mike Morrow 
was the one with the intelligence and insight to provide the 1958 CQ 
article reference. I certainly agree - the ARB doesn't seem to have 
attracted the plethora of modification articles...probably because of 
its small frequency dial and focus on remote controls.

I think AB5S wrote an incredibly useful article a while back about 
generic categories of ham modifications, though it has momentarily 
disappeared into the labyrinth of my filing system.  It has long been an 
excellent reference for tracking down likely attempted changes to 
military gear for restoration to stock condition.
