You guys forget that WWII sailors were iron men in iron ships.  320lbs?  
That's nothing at all to lift.  I used to lift that every morning for 
breakfast.  I am still bothered by the vision of the ART-13 tuning knobs 
up above my 6'1" head, though.  I hate getting up out of my chair to 
make adjustments.....

Note - for list members that have a not yet fully developed sense of 
humor or irony, the foregoing is meant to be facetious.
